This drug is one of the third generation cephalosporins, which are bactericidal and inhibit the construction of the bacterial cell wall.

UseDuringPregnancy

How to take the medicine:

Zoxime® 500 mg:

Add 1.5 and 5 ml of injectable sterile water for intramuscular and intravenous injection, respectively; Shake well.

Zoxime® 1 gram:

Add 3 and 10 ml of injectable sterile water for intramuscular and intravenous injection, respectively, shake.

After the powder is completely dissolved. Do not inject if you see foreign particles.

The color of the resulting solutions can vary from colorless to yellow and even amber. Otherwise, avoid injecting the drug. These solutions are stable for 24 hours at room temperature and refrigerator.

In case of intravenous infusion, dilute the initial solution with 50-100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for injection or 5% dextrose for injection.

Maintenance

  1. Keep the dry product at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius and away from light.
  2. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
