Beclomethasone Diropionate 0.05%
Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect due to inhibition of the secretion of growth factors and cytokines from lymphocytes, eosinophils, macrophages, fibroblasts, and mast cells. It also reduces the amount and viscosity of sputum by reducing mucus secretion in the airways. Beclomethasone dipropionate controls the rate of protein synthesis as well as reduces the migration of multinucleated leukocytes and fibroblasts.
Prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis, non-allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps in adults and children over 6.
The use of this drug during pregnancy and lactation is permitted by a doctor's order.

Before taking this medicine, consult your doctor in the following cases:
- A history of sensitivity to azalastine or any other substance.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Concomitant use with other drugs, especially alcohol and drugs that weaken the nervous system.
Take the medication according to your doctor's instructions and at regular intervals, and avoid overdose.
Do not use the nasal spray for more than one person.
This medication may rarely cause confusion and drowsiness. When taking this medicine, avoid driving and operating machinery that requires full alertness.
Avoid using alcohol, cimetidine, ketoconazole, and drugs that weaken the nervous system (CNS) at the same time as this medicine.
Use this medicine only for use inside the nose, avoid spraying it in the eyes.
In parallel with the desired therapeutic effects, any drug may cause some unwanted side effects. Consult your doctor if any of the following occur:
allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, any vision problems, or pain and redness of Eyes, presence of blood in the urine, high heart rate, sore mouth or lips.
The dosage of each drug is determined by the doctor. But the usual dose of this drug is as follows:
Adults and children over 12 years old:
1 or 2 puffs in each nostril 2 times a day.
Children 5 to 11 years old:
1 puff in each nostril 2 times a day.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
