• In case of history of allergy to penicillins, cephalosporins or other substances such as foods, protective substances and colors.
• In case of suffering from allergic diseases such as (asthma, eczema, hay fever, urticaria) or any history of allergies, kidney diseases. Internal bleeding, stomach and intestinal diseases.
• In case of taking any kind of medicine.

This medicine should be taken by deep intramuscular injection. Avoid injecting it intravenously, subcutaneously, intra-arterially and intra-fatty.

• This drug should be injected slowly and evenly to avoid clogging of the syringe needle due to the high concentration of its suspension.
• In case of any symptoms of drug allergy, stop taking the drug, and in cases of severe allergies, urgent medical measures are needed.
• To help treat the infection, it is very important to take the medicine at regular intervals and complete the course of treatment even if you feel better. Because untimely discontinuation of the drug causes relapse of the disease.
• If the symptoms do not improve or worsen within a few days. Notify the doctor.
• This drug may cause a mistake in the result of the urine sugar test, so inform the doctor about changing or changing the diet or the dosage of the drug related to diabetes.

Each drug, along with the desired therapeutic effect, may cause some unwanted side effects, although not all of these side effects can be seen in a person, but if any of the following side effects occur, consult a doctor:

The dosage of each medication is determined by the doctor, but the usual dosage of this medication is as follows:

Adults:

In upper respiratory tract infections caused by group A streptococcus, 1,200,000 IU is administered intramuscularly.

In syphilis (primary, secondary and late) 2,400,000 IU at a time in the form of intramuscular injections.

In syphilis (stage III and neurosyphilis), 2,400,000 IU once a week for 3 weeks by intramuscular injection.

The maximum intake for adults is up to 2,400,000 units per day.

Children:

In congenital syphilis:

Infants and children up to the age of 2 years, the amount of 50,000 units per kilogram of body weight at one time as intramuscular injection.

Children 2-12 years old. The dosage is the same as for adults.

In upper respiratory tract infections caused by group A streptococcus:

Infants and children weigh 27.3 kg. The amount of 300,000-600,000 units at one time as intramuscular injection.

Children weighing more than 27.3 kg. The amount of 900,000 units at one time as intramuscular injection.

How to take the medicine:

After adding 4 ml of injectable sterile water. Shake the vial well and immediately perform a deep intramuscular injection before aspiration to ensure that the drug is not injected into the blood vessels.

The injection should be done slowly and evenly with needle number 20 or 21.

Do not inject the drug intravenously.
