Salbutamol is a sympathomimetic amine that selectively stimulates beta 2 receptors located in the lungs and bronchiole smooth muscles, causing them to dilate.Ipratropium inhibits vagus reflexes by antagonizing acetylcholine.

It is permissible to use this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if the benefits of its use are weighed against its harm.
Shake ipratropium bromide and salbutamol spray well before use.
Consult your doctor before using this medicine in the following cases:
- This drug is used in sensitive patients. Atropine and its derivatives, as well as patients who have a history of allergy to soy lecithin and food products related to it, such as soybeans and peanuts, are prohibited.
- In patients with angle-closure glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy and bladder orifice obstruction, epileptic disorders, hyperthyroidism, diabetes insipidus. cardiovascular diseases; Liver and kidney failure should be used with caution.
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Then use the remaining doses at regular medication intervals. Never double the dose.
- Shake the spray well before use.
In the simultaneous use of this drug with other drugs used for obstructive pulmonary diseases, no significant drug interaction has been observed.
It is contraindicated in cases of allergy to ipratropium, salbutamol, atropine or its derivatives, as well as in patients who have a history of allergy to soy lecithin and related food products such as soybeans and peanuts.
Each drug, along with the desired therapeutic effects, may cause some unwanted side effects. Although all these side effects are not seen in one person or every time of use, but if any of the following side effects occur, consult your doctor:
Swelling in the face, lips and eyelids, the feeling of urinating, especially in people with urinary circulation problems, tachycardia, irregular heartbeat, throat inflammation, allergic reactions, bronchial spasm, lethargy, chest pain.
The dosage of each drug is determined by the doctor, but the dosage of this drug is as follows:
- Adults and children 12 years and older:
- 2 puffs are inhaled 4 times a day. Depending on the patient's needs, the drug dose may increase up to a maximum of 12 puffs a day.
- Children under 12 years old:
- This medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
