The management of Jaber Ibn Hayyan Pharmaceutical Company, with trust in God and gratitude to the shareholders, valued customers and all the stakeholders of the company, hopes to take steps to improve the performance of the company by planning and determining new strategies at the beginning of the new century and implementing the necessary organizational changes ,facilitate the achievement of the vision and macro goals of the company.
During the plans made with the participation of respected managers and consultants, with the formulation of a new organizational chart, all organizational departments were able to carry out their work in a coordinated manner, and therefore the goals included in the company's macro strategy based on the rules and laws of Shafa Daro Holding with the focus on optimal production and the formulation of new drugs in the market will be reviewed during various meetings.
Customer orientation, organizational excellence, development and progress are among the main goals of the company, which should always be considered by the managers, heads and experts of the company, and in the operationalization of these goals, they spare no effort and with empathy and take steps all their strength, in strategic directions of company.
One of the other important goals in this line with the new marketing strategy, in addition to success in the domestic market, is to know the foreign markets in order to reach export customers with the perspective of penetration and development strategy and getting a share from the international markets; in this direction, the management will not spares no effort.
